多年不見的Fanny 和Lynn
現在都是很棒的瑜珈老師
Lynn更走上了瑜珈行者的道路
在今年Lynn帶領的冬至梵唱靜坐聚會裡再次碰面
心裡有很多的感觸和説不出的高興。
Fanny 是我回台灣後,第一份教學工作的直屬上司
Lynn是同部門的教務
當時我正面對著離婚的困頓處境
Fanny 盡力的保守我很多事,使我能專心的作好我的工作
保住我的收入,讓我能繼續的生活下去
另外還有小豆和Renny
對妳們,心裡一直都有説不出來的感謝
Lynn在聚會裡分享了她這樣一路的看著
陪著我走來,現在即將經由新書發表這些曾經的心路歷程
她心裡的感動。
而原來只想見老朋友和參與靜坐梵唱
意外的在如此舒服的聚會中分享了
沈澱六年之後的第一部正式作品
心裡也有很多的喜悅。

Mehndi 曼蒂 指甲花身體圖騰
Mehndi 曼蒂 , 西方人稱 Henna , 原文來自梵文 Mendhikā .
在印度文獻中最早出現的記載, 是在印度教的吠陀儀式書, 在手和腳上畫上傳統的太陽圖騰, 意為喚醒內在的光.
Mehndi 通常是用在印度與尼泊爾傳統的節慶以及婚禮中,
如為丈夫祈福長禱的Karva Chauth , 慶祝滿月祈福的滿月節 Vata poornima , 迎接光明與吉祥女神克拉什米女神, 如同新年的Diwali 光明節, 慶祝婚姻美滿, 向女神帕爾瓦蒂女神祈求健康長壽的泰阿節Teej .
在伊斯蘭節日開齋節和宰牲節中也使用Mehndi 在手上繪上祈禱祝福的圖騰.
在90年代後期, 由於寶萊塢電影的風潮, Mdhndi 在巴基斯坦, 孟加拉以及歐美國家 , 漫延成了一種新流行, 隨後因為瑪丹娜對於瑜伽的熱愛, 並且在專輯Frozen 及全球巡迴演唱會中, 使用Mehndi 圖騰 , 更使得它在歐美成為了一種時尚流行.
在印度教婚禮前, 會有專業的曼蒂畫家, 為新人的雙手及雙腳, 繪滿豐富華麗的圖案, 對婆家來說, 新娘子的曼蒂維持的愈久, 就代表婆家的運勢愈好, 新人名字的縮寫也會被巧妙的, 放在新人的曼蒂裡, 曼蒂是婚禮前夕, 重要並且充滿家庭樂趣的重要儀式之一
傳統的曼蒂膏, 是由採取新鮮指甲花和葉, 調和油磨搗成泥, 而Henna這個字的來源是阿拉伯文 حِنَّاء ḥinnā 發音為/ħinna/ , 即為指甲花的意思, 指甲花又稱雛,指甲花,指甲花樹,木犀草樹,埃及女貞, 自青銅時代起, 即有以指甲花做為皮革, 絲綢, 羊毛, 頭髮, 指甲, 身體圖騰繪畫染料的記載, 原產於非洲北部,西部和南部地區,大洋洲北部半乾旱地區和熱帶地區, 它可以是布料和皮革的防腐劑, 也能用來製作香水. 在古埃及, 古羅馬帝國, 伊比利亞, 北非,非洲之角,阿拉伯半島,近東和南亞, 都將指甲花做為美容用途使用,例如染髮和為指甲上色 , 身體圖騰繪畫, 自十九世紀起, 歐洲也開始始用指甲花做為染髮的原料.
現代的曼蒂膏是由工廠製作, 含有較多的化學物質, 有的甚至含有PPD, 不僅顏色可能無法消失, 也有可能因此而中毒或致癌, 因此在使用得慎選並留意, 畫在身上曼蒂膏的品質. 現在的曼蒂膏除了傳統的紅棕色, 也有應因時尚而開發的金, 銀, 亮藍等新色, 搭上珠寶或是水鑽, 臉部彩繪等有趣的新創意.
通常圖騰畫完後, 指甲花泥需要3-6 小時的時間 , 讓它自然乾燥脫落, 指甲花泥的顏色便會印在皮膚上, 通常可以維持3個星期左右, 如果用油性的保養品塗抹在圖案上, 可以維持的更久一點.
Mehndi 是想在不刺青, 但又想在身上繪上圖騰時的另一個的選擇.

帶領了一場無界的律動探索工作坊
I was invited leaded a intensive Purify Research workshop
in Ren I Church , Taipei at Sep. 23th 2012.
工作坊的前四天
我還遠在海拔2100公尺的溪阿縱走的仁線上
鞎困的行程
讓我只能專注的在行走時跨出的每一個步代
專注在呼吸與身體的平衡在只有一人能穿越行走的路徑
不致使我墜落眼不見底, 只有一步之隔的山崖
Before 4 days of it
I was far away in SeYa Vertical travel 's Ren line elevation 2100 meter .
on such tough traveling
I only can focus on each steps when I was walked
concentrate with one person pass path only on body blence within breathing
that made me not fulling down in cliff between one step
工作坊的成員
來自不同宗教背景, 而且全都己有二十年以上覺識的修習
與會之中, 還有一位是神父
即是一場無宗教界限的淨探索工作坊
無論場地為何, 華美或簡陋與否
只要乾淨整齊, 心緒寧靜
它就是一方美地
與會之人即都己是如此覺識, 就更該清清明明

殊道 Shū Dào 2012 01 13 with Arabesque Troupe
我是一個很慢熱的人, 許多事總得在心裡 ,在肚子裡 , 好好的感受消化一番
才能提筆寫下來
這場演出結束近五個月, 有許多的事 , 依然是在保鮮期
在這一場演出之前, 和宛儒的舞者共事
己經是六年前的事
I am a slowly person , things always in my heart , in my belly need to feel
then possible record it .
It's almost 5 months past , a lots of thing still so flash
last time I meat Violet 's dancers
is about 6 years ago .
時間 , 過得真快
再見面, 有的己經有了孩子, 有的己經有了新的人生 , 更多的是新的面孔, 新的舞者
心裡的思緒每每飛騰的轉折
想想當年, 和宛儒認識時, 我們都剛回台灣
剛開始以肚皮舞, 這個在台灣被視為新奇的舞蹈肢體
訴說我們的人生路
Time goes so fast
when we meat each other again , some are has kids , some are had new life ,
more are new dancers
my heart always stirred
remind at the first time I meat Violet
we just came back Taiwan , our home land
we just speech our life by belly dance , and it was a novel dance style here
轉眼間 , 一段十年的歲月的路程
回頭看看 ,己經走了好遠
宛儒認真的將它普傳
而我一頭栽進了劇場
A 10 years trip already past
when I look back , its gone far far away now
Violet serious promotion it
and I am in dance theater
肚皮舞 , 一個有著多面爭議的舞蹈
它來自一個有著艱澀而又豐富的文化
女人和男人之間 , 一個永遠無解的議題
Belly dance , is a dance combine despot
it came from a rich and incomprehensible couture
it's a no solution issue between man and woman .
每次碰面, 我總是訝異她決心普傳的堅定和勇氣
因為 , 這是我無心的事
而她能領著這麼多的人, 走了這麼一大段路
令人佩服
Every time we meat , I alway surprise determination she had for promotions
because , it's a thing I am not interesting
and she leading so many people running so far now
I am admire.
這場邀演的小作, 原先是另一部委託創作
這部創作小品的內容, 就等待發表的那一天
再和大家分享, 那精彩的過程
It was another creation piece for this perform
I will share at the day we present
let's keep it in secrecy now .
最後我們決定演出, 我在2007年發表的首部劇場小作 " 伏妃" 裡的片段
殊道, 是伏妃這部四十五分鐘的作品, 最後的一個場景
說的是河神伏妃, 對凡間戀人的不捨
以及對眾神祗姐妹勸說的不解和抗拒
因為她是如此忠實於自己的情感, 而又不得不臣服於維繫和平的婚姻
We decide present my first theater 45 mins essay " Goddess Luio "
Shū Dào is the last sense in Goddess Luio
its a piece present goddess Luio reluctantly with her mortal lover
confuse and sorroow to her goddess sisters
she is so loyalty to herself but can not refuse the marriage connecting peaceful .
排練的過程中, 擔綱八位伏妃神祗姐妹的舞者
學習帶著內心的觀點, 來體會每一位神祗角色的矛盾和掙扎
最後實際的內化為肢體的動作, 呈現出我所架構的情節
並且在舞台上演出
During the process of rehearsal , those 8 dancers present the 8 goddess sisters
learning their inner to understanding each goddess's struggling
made it became dance movement , present structure I choreography at last
bring it on stage and perform .
雖然有許多細節, 有待琢磨
但能如我所要求 , 將舞蹈肢體和情感並重的
努力的將殊道呈現在一千四百位觀眾面前
整個演出團隊的努力, 是真的值得肯定

My skin always allergy by make up produce , no matter how famous and expensive
some stylish gave me bad attitude because of this
skin and emotion hurt badly and it always influence my performs

I am a slowly person , things always in my heart , in my belly need to feel
then possible record it .
It's almost 5 months past , a lots of thing still so flash
last time I meat Violet 's dancers
is about 6 years ago .
時間 , 過得真快
再見面, 有的己經有了孩子, 有的己經有了新的人生 , 更多的是新的面孔, 新的舞者
心裡的思緒每每飛騰的轉折
想想當年, 和宛儒認識時, 我們都剛回台灣
剛開始以肚皮舞, 這個在台灣被視為新奇的舞蹈肢體
訴說我們的人生路
Time goes so fast
when we meat each other again , some are has kids , some are had new life ,
more are new dancers
my heart always stirred
remind at the first time I meat Violet
we just came back Taiwan , our home land
we just speech our life by belly dance , and it was a novel dance style here
轉眼間 , 一段十年的歲月的路程
回頭看看 ,己經走了好遠
宛儒認真的將它普傳
而我一頭栽進了劇場
A 10 years trip already past
when I look back , its gone far far away now
Violet serious promotion it
and I am in dance theater
肚皮舞 , 一個有著多面爭議的舞蹈
它來自一個有著艱澀而又豐富的文化
女人和男人之間 , 一個永遠無解的議題
Belly dance , is a dance combine despot
it came from a rich and incomprehensible couture
it's a no solution issue between man and woman .
每次碰面, 我總是訝異她決心普傳的堅定和勇氣
因為 , 這是我無心的事
而她能領著這麼多的人, 走了這麼一大段路
令人佩服
Every time we meat , I alway surprise determination she had for promotions
because , it's a thing I am not interesting
and she leading so many people running so far now
I am admire.
這場邀演的小作, 原先是另一部委託創作
這部創作小品的內容, 就等待發表的那一天
再和大家分享, 那精彩的過程
It was another creation piece for this perform
I will share at the day we present
let's keep it in secrecy now .
最後我們決定演出, 我在2007年發表的首部劇場小作 " 伏妃" 裡的片段
殊道, 是伏妃這部四十五分鐘的作品, 最後的一個場景
說的是河神伏妃, 對凡間戀人的不捨
以及對眾神祗姐妹勸說的不解和抗拒
因為她是如此忠實於自己的情感, 而又不得不臣服於維繫和平的婚姻
We decide present my first theater 45 mins essay " Goddess Luio "
Shū Dào is the last sense in Goddess Luio
its a piece present goddess Luio reluctantly with her mortal lover
confuse and sorroow to her goddess sisters
she is so loyalty to herself but can not refuse the marriage connecting peaceful .
排練的過程中, 擔綱八位伏妃神祗姐妹的舞者
學習帶著內心的觀點, 來體會每一位神祗角色的矛盾和掙扎
最後實際的內化為肢體的動作, 呈現出我所架構的情節
並且在舞台上演出
During the process of rehearsal , those 8 dancers present the 8 goddess sisters
learning their inner to understanding each goddess's struggling
made it became dance movement , present structure I choreography at last
bring it on stage and perform .
雖然有許多細節, 有待琢磨
但能如我所要求 , 將舞蹈肢體和情感並重的
努力的將殊道呈現在一千四百位觀眾面前
整個演出團隊的努力, 是真的值得肯定
Even a lots of details still needs working on
balance movement and emotions as I request
dance this piece from 1400 audience
there are deserve praise from their hard working.

在花博時, 為德康老師的服裝所發展出來的裝飾藝術彩妝

在顏色和風格上,都依著角色的性格做貼切的設計
This time , I invited Eddie Lee design goddess Luio's stylish for me
Eddie Lee application the Decoration Art Stylish he development
for costume made designer Takuyasu Nobutoshi
when there were invited from 2010 Taipei National Flower Exhibition
as my character , no matter color or style all designing with consideration .

一開始
我十分的不解, 為什麼他要取名為鋼鐵藝術彩妝團隊
in the beginning , I don't understand
why he name his team as " Metal "
後來, 開始和育芳溝通整個製作的細節
一直到演出當天的梳化
終於明白
原來, 他和他的彩妝團隊,是抱著如鋼鐵般的意志和體力
耐心溫柔的完成每一個小細節
一個環節都沒有疏失和遺漏
then Yvonne working on every details communication
until the day I perform
I finally understand
he and his team are carrying well and strength as metal
brimming tender and patient with each details and not thing missing
被有著鋼鐵意志的彩妝師育芳
從手工頭花的製作, 梳化, 綵排, 更換舞衣, 記錄 , 到正式演前出前細心的呵護著
真的是感到十分的安心 , 使我能全心的投入演出
不會被小細節分心而無法專注Been taking care by a stylish Yvonne who has metal well
from hand made accessories , make up , dress , rehearsal , recording photos to performs
I can concentrate without disturb details
it's really happy and relief
也曾因此, 被彩妝師惡狠的擺臉色, 下重手
受傷的皮膚和心情, 總是大大的影響了工作的情緒
承志老師的Motive 礦物質彩妝, 讓我消除了這件總是讓我煩惱的憂慮
My skin always allergy by make up produce , no matter how famous and expensive
some stylish gave me bad attitude because of this
skin and emotion hurt badly and it always influence my performs
